Ranch Cream Cheese Rollups

These Ranch Cream Cheese Rollups are an easy and delicious appetizer for any party! Great to make ahead and just a few simple ingredients. Whether you call them rollups or pinwheels, these are bound to be a family favorite for years to come!

  • Large Bowl
  • Mixer (optional)


  • 4 large tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 bunch green onions diced
  • 1 medium green pepper diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar shredded
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning


  • Combine all ingredients with either a mixer or by hand in a large bowl.
  • Spread 1/4 of the mixture on each tortilla.
  • Tightly roll up each tortilla to avoid gaps when slicing.
  • Wrap each rollup in either cling wrap or tin foil to keep from drying out in the fridge.
  • Place rollups in the fridge overnight or for a few hours, however long you have! This is important to get all the flavors to meld together.
  • Carefully slice each rollup into 1/2 inch slices.
  • Serve right away or store in a sealed container in the fridge.



This is a great base recipe to get creative with your ingredients. Here are a few other rollup ideas:
South of the Border: Replace ranch seasoning with taco seasoning and add in jalapenos and black olives.
Mediterranean: Replace ranch seasoning with pesto, swap green peppers for sundried tomatoes, and add in some feta and kalamata olives. 
Italian: Replace ranch seasoning with dry Italian dressing mix, swap green peppers for red peppers, add in some red onion, and lay some pepperoni and salami down flat when you roll them up.
