Ingredients

  • 3/4 bag tortilla chips can use as much or little as you would like
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican Blend or Colby Jack cheese
  • 1/2 red pepper diced
  • 1/2 white onion diced
  • 1 can Hormel Vegetarian Chili or a can of black/pinto beans

  • Get your fire going with good flames.
  • Meanwhile, open the can of chili/beans and let them heat on the grate over the fire.
  • Prepare the aluminum pan by spraying cooking spray on the bottom and edges.
  • Spread out the tortilla chips along the bottom of the pan.
  • Sprinkle on the cheese, pepper & onions to cover the chips.
  • Cover with tin foil and place over the fire on a metal grate and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Meanwhile, take the can of chili/beans and mix it in a bowl with the taco seasoning.
